Role Overview: CSRs play a crucial role in our mission, bridging our technology and its users. You will provide hands-on support to doctors and patients, ensuring they can easily navigate and utilize our AI diagnostic tools. This position is ideal for fresh graduates looking for an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Assist patients and healthcare professionals using our AI diagnostic applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • • Conduct on-site or virtual training sessions for doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff on integrating and using our technology in their daily practice.
  • • Provide real-time support and troubleshooting for any issues encountered by users.
  • • Collect feedback from users to help improve the application's functionality and user experience.
  • • Maintain detailed records of user interactions, problems encountered, and solutions provided.
  • • Stay updated with product updates and features to provide accurate information and support.

Requirements

  • • Proficient typing skills on both mobile devices and computers.
  • • Ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical users.
  • • High level of empathy and patience to assist users with varying levels of tech-savviness.:
  • • Educational background in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
